I may need a better index. Found this on an old Memory Card. I think it is St. Cyril and Methodius, Joseph Molitor's smaller, but ruined Chicago masterpiece. Can anyone verify?

Yes, it is indeed the former Ss. Cyril & Methodius, now "New Life Seventh Day Adventist Church" at 5001 S. Hermitage, according to Sinkevitch's AIA Guide to Chicago, 2nd Edition.
